Sherida is a Dutch footballer and record international. Sherida began her football career at VV Sneek, after which she made her debut for the Dutch women's team at the age of 16. Shortly after, Sherida signed with SC Heerenveen, before moving to Fc Twente after 5 seasons. Two years later, Sherida left Fc Twente for Norwegian side LSK Kvinner FK. She eventually returned to the Netherlands, playing for Ajax via Fc Twente and Norwegian side Vålengra. Sherida is currently both the captain of Ajax and the Dutch Women's National Team. With 227 caps, she is one of the greatest footballers the Netherlands has ever known.
