Iconics Management highly values your privacy. Therefore, we adhere to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation when processing personal data. The data collected are treated confidentially. Furthermore, data are not retained longer than legally allowed and necessary.

Through this privacy statement, we aim to make clear to you what we do with your personal data that you provide to us. Wherever this statement refers to Iconics Management, "we" or "our", it means Iconics Management B.V. located at Deltazijde 2, (1262ZM) Blaricum.

Visit of our websites

Our website can generally be visited without your personal data being transmitted to us. However, we do use cookies and web statistics, where certain non-identifiable information about the user of the website is collected by Iconics Management. This is done to see how you as a visitor use our website, so we can continue to improve and make it more user-friendly. Why and when are personal data collected?

Your personal data are processed so that we can perform our (online and offline) services. Data are collected by us in various ways, including:

  • Using the application form;
  • Signing up for the newsletter.

Why and what personal data are collected?

To perform our services well, we need your data. Of course, we only process the data necessary for this purpose.

When using the contact form, we collect:

  • First and last name;
  • Telephone number;
  • Email address.

The purpose of registering via our contact form is to be able to contact you to discuss our services with you. Initially, more than this data is not needed. If a collaboration ensues, we will need more data from you. In principle, we advise you to provide only the above data to us.

When using the application form, we collect:

  • First and last name;
  • Telephone number;
  • Email address;
  • Resume.

When using this form, we ask for the aforementioned data and a resume from you. Initially, this data is important for us to be able to contact you to possibly schedule a job interview. Regarding your resume, we advise not to include more data than necessary. We strongly advise against including the following (special) personal data in the resume:

  • Religion or belief
  • Race or ethnic origin
  • Criminal data
  • Political opinion
  • Health
  • Sexual life
  • Membership of a trade union or political party
  • Social security number and bank account number

If you indicate that you want to receive the newsletter, then we collect your name and email address. In that case, we have your explicit consent to add you to the list of subscribers to the newsletter. Each newsletter also contains a link with which you can unsubscribe.

Your data are processed on the following bases:

  • Based on your consent;
  • For the performance of a contract;
  • To comply with a legal obligation;
  • Due to a legitimate interest.

Which data do we provide to third parties?

We do not sell your data to third parties. In principle, we also do not provide your data to third parties. Disclosure of personal data to third parties is only based on a legal obligation, or for the performance of a (yet to be concluded) agreement, or if there is a legitimate interest.

How long do we keep your data?

We retain your data as long as necessary. For this, we adhere to the applicable, current legal retention periods.

From the moment you register or leave your data (including your resume) with us, you give us permission to process and store your data. We keep this data for a maximum of five years from the date of registration. The application form including your resume is kept for a maximum of two years. From the moment you inform us that you no longer want us to have your data, your data will be immediately removed from the system.

If there is a legal obligation to retain your personal data longer, then we will keep your data for the time that is necessary.

Which data of business relations do we process?

We process personal data of individuals working for companies with which we do business with the main goal of maintaining or building a business relationship and concluding and maintaining an agreement.

The personal data processed remain limited to the data necessary, such as name, contact details (telephone number and email address), and positions. These data are not retained longer than necessary for the purposes for which these data have been collected, taking into account the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.

Data Security

We have taken the most appropriate organizational and technical measures to secure the present personal data against any form of unlawful processing, theft, or loss. Employees of Iconics Management only have access to the data they need for (the execution of) their work and/or to comply with the applicable laws and/or regulations. Furthermore, the employees of Iconics Management are bound by the confidentiality agreement that has been agreed with them. Third parties engaged as processors by Iconics Management are bound by the agreements - such as regarding security and confidentiality - that have been agreed with them.

Data Breach

Despite the measures taken and to be taken, it may happen that others unlawfully obtain your personal data for improper purposes. In this situation, there is a data breach. We urge you to report this via our reporting form so that we can take immediate action. As few personal data as possible are asked from you during a report. The data we process are processed to verify, investigate, and possibly report the outcome to you.

What rights do you have as a data subject?

As a data subject, you have the right to access, correct, delete (forget) and data portability of the data you have provided and/or processed by us. If you make use of one of your rights, we will first identify you.

The data we have processed can be requested from us at any time. For this, you can fill in the form or send your request to info@iconicsmanagement.nl for the attention of the Data Protection Officer. The request will be answered within four weeks after receipt of the request.

You can also request correction, deletion (or shielding), or transfer of the data we have. This request can also be made by filling in the form or sending your request to info@iconicsmanagement.nl for the attention of the DPO. The request will be processed within four weeks, attempting to comply with the request.

Third Parties

We engage third parties to perform services related to the management and security of our systems. These parties may have insight into the personal data processed by us. The engaged parties are only authorized to use this data in connection with the services they perform for Iconics Management.
