Jamal Amofa is a Dutch-Ghanaian central defender who can also play as wing-back. Jamal played in the youth of AZ, Heerenveen, and ADO Den Haag. In the first squad of ADO Den Haag, Jamal played 35 official games before he was taken over by Go Ahead Eagles in 2022. Jamal played over 60 matches in Deventer. In January 2025, Jamal transferred to Botev Plovdiv in the top Bulgarian division, after which he signed with SC Cambuur in the summer of 2025.
