We are delighted to welcome Isa Portenge to Iconics Management. Isa is a midfielder for Ajax U23 Women, Isa is part of a highly talented generation of players making impressive strides at both club and international level.

Isa stands out for her outstanding athleticism. Her pace, agility, and exceptional work rate allow her to cover large areas of the pitch, making her a valuable asset in both attacking and defensive phases of the game. In addition, she possesses excellent technical ability. Comfortable in possession, she combines close control and skill to beat opponents and create opportunities.

Beyond her qualities on the ball, Isa demonstrates strong game intelligence. She reads situations well, identifies spaces effectively, and consistently makes smart decisions in possession. Isa also represents the Netherlands Women’s U16 National Team, a testament to her development and significant potential.
